On July 17, 2013 I posted an interview with Judith B Shields about her l
light Steampunk Film, Frankenstein’s Monster. That link is below.
I am thrilled to announce the film has now been released. It’s available on
Amazon, DVD, IndieFlix , and IMDb. To celebrate this marvelous event,
here is an update from Judith Shields.
“After the film was made, it went on the independent film circuit. 30+
science fiction, steampunk, and film festivals later and we’re finally done.
We were honored to win Shockerfest’s Audience pick for science-fiction feature
. I’ve learned a lot since making this film.
Peter Kovic recut the film. It’s 28 minutes shorter than the “art-house”
version we screened at the majority of the festivals (except
Comicpalooza and ApolloCon 2014).
The recut is seamless and keeps true to the original script.
